Payment

• Payment needs to be made within 3 days of purchase.

• We accept direct deposit, bank transfer, and Paypal.

• Bank direct deposit is most preferred. The bank account detail will be obtained when you check out.

• If you transfer from Electronic Online Banking, please put your Ebay USERNAME (not item number) as description.  

• If you deposit in any bank branches, please email us the name of Bank Branch you deposited the money in.

• On occasions, some buyers have paid but have not received immediate responses. This situation occurs when we cannot locate your payment. There could be a number of reasons as to why we haven’t been able to locate your payment (i.e. incorrect bank details, incorrect/insufficient reference attached with payment, wrong payment etc.) If you have not heard from us within 2-3 days after making payment, please email us with your concern ASAP.

• Strong suggests buyer to provide your contact number in case a courier driver may need to call you.Tax invoice can be supplied upon request.

Shipping Information

• Items purchased are usually sent within 48 hours after time of payment confirmation. Please allow a few days for your order to arrive as goods are sent via a courier or post office service.

• Tracking information is available for most of orders. Feel free to contact us if you have not received your goods within a few days after purchase. We are not responsible for transit times as we use a 3rd party courier service.

• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or deliveries when there is no receiver to sign for delivery.

• Postage discounts available for most our products. Please contact us for postage discounts if you buy more than one items before bidding. If problems do arise, please contact us ASAP so we can endeavor to resolve any problems and issues.

• Pickups are NOT available for this item.

• Items will not be posted until full payment is received.
