This comes from the Nestle Estrellas De Cine set issued in Spain circa 1936. This is the Spanish version of the Nestle Stars of The Silver Screen Series 1 set issued in the UK.

The card is on paper thin stock - this is why I describe as a sticker / stamp rather than a card. The "stickers" are not self-adhesive, but were designed to be stuck into their provided album. The item on offer has never been stuck in an album.
