Our designs are applied with an industrial strength heat press.

To ensure long lasting quality we recommend that garments are washed inside out in cold water and tumble dried on low to medium heat.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

If for some reason you need to exchange or return your item please contact us through eBay before sending it back. We will respond to all inquiries within 1 business day and provide you with a return address and instructions for returning or exchanging your purchase.

        
  • We will honor returns/exchanges for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Exchanges and refunds will only be given for items that have not been worn or washed.
  • Buyers will be responsible for their own shipping costs to send the item back. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the wrong item was sent by the Seller or the item was defective.
  • Buyers will not be charged any additional shipping by Top10TShirts in the event of an exchange.
  • Buyers are only allowed one exchange per order.
  • Seller reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee in certain instances. Buyers will be notified beforehand.
      
  • IMPORTANT- Please DO NOT send the item(s) back to the address on the packing slip or the return address on the shipping label. We have a separate office that handles all returns/exchanges. Should you happen to send it to the address on the packing slip/shipping label, your exchange/return may be delayed upwards of 10-14 business days.
