Adapter plate to mount your Weber backwards should you need to do so. This one has 48mm throats. Hardware is included (The included fastners that bolt to the manifold are M8 x 1.25. Obviously I can not confirm that your manifold is tapped for this thread so you'll have to do that. If it is not, the adapter will still work but you'll have to get hardware to fit your manifold).
Made from 1/2" thick 6061 aluminum.
