Mahogany Collagen Casing 21mm for Snack Sticks-3 Pack

A brown collagen casing. These casings are made to be more durable to carry the weight of the meat when hanging on a smokehouse stick. They can also be used in making snack sticks that are not made in a smoker.  Totally edible.

Stuffing capacity: Approximately 9 lbs. per stick. 

This listing is for a 3-PACK of strands.  Each strand is 15 meters long (approximately 45 feet) and 21mm in diameter.
