The delivery of this item, may be subject to delay in some areas, because of the restrictions in place due to the current conditions.

Most orders will arrive as per the estimate given, but it cannot be guaranteed, and could be several days later in some areas affected by these issues.

There are 3 options on listings so you can choose what service will suit the need, but only the Royal Mail Special Delivery is Guaranteed Next Day by close of day (not 1pm currently)

Suitable for use with ANY Juwel Compact Filter Unit such as supplied with:

Delta 80, Delta 100, Lido 100, Lido 120, Panorama 80, Panorama 100, Record 60, Record 70, Record 96, Record 120, Rio 125, Rio 180, Trigon 190, Vision 180.
 
Please dont replace ALL the filters at once, leave at least 1, preferably 2 in the filter so the new ones can establish. If new or restarting tank from empty, you must cycle your tank (see online) or your fish will not survive. This can take 14-30 days depending on setup.

Our filters are made from the same proprietary materials as the original filters, and are machine cut to ensure effective fit.
Each Filter is meticulously examined, and each filter is bagged to prevent contamination from outside environment.

Our sponge set is 100% guaranteed to be absolutely suitable for any Juwel Compact Filter Unit.
 
We will refund your money if not delighted with the quality and money saved (*Excluding Postage Cost both ways), just return them for whatever reason.

We wish to make it clear that these filters are not manufactured by Juwel, they are compatible sponges, of equivalent quality.

It is essential that  your sponges are made from the correct materials like these since rapid fish death will occur with the use of such incorrect/inferior filter sponges / pads.

Goods supplied in original packaging, in date and sealed unless stated above.

If the goods are not in original packaging (for example our bagged bulk range) then the image used may be for illustration of product type only, as all batches may have slight variation in colour, size etc.

We guarantee that every product we sell is 100% Genuine, taken from fresh, in date,fast-moving stocks.

If you are not happy with anything you order, please return it in the original condition, and we will refund the price, you just pay for the return, unless we make a mistake or the problem is our our causing. Any used product will be deducted from the refund.
