The Signature 22 is a high-performance 22-input small format analogue mixers with onboard effects. It features smooth, premium-quality faders with GB® Series audio routing with flexible pre/post switching on each Aus, and subgroups with powerful routing and switching options as well as dedicated outputs. The console is built using tour-grade robust metal construction and top-quality components and have an internal universal power supply.
 
Overview
All Soundcraft Signature Series consoles incorporate Soundcraft’s iconic Ghost mic preamps, directly drawn from the company’s top-of-the-line professional consoles, to deliver extraordinary audio quality with high headroom, wide dynamic range and exceptional resolution and clarity with a superb signal to noise ratio. They employ Soundcraft’s Sapphyre Assymetric EQ for perfectly equalizing every vocal and instrumental element in a mix with the unmistakable musicality inherent in every Soundcraft console, plus the GB Series audio routing technology famous in thousands of live venues worldwide. 
 
They all include a wide variety of built-in Lexicon studio-grade reverb, chorus, modulation and other effects and dbx limiters on the input channels. The consoles offer XLR and switchable Hi-Z inputs that enable guitars, basses and other instruments to be directly connected. 
All the consoles come with a 2-in/2-out USB interface. Accompanying the consoles are free downloads of the Lexicon MPX-L native plug-in and Ableton Live 9 Lite. 
 
In addition, the consoles feature smooth, premium-quality faders with GB® Series audio routing with flexible pre/post switching on each Aux, and subgroups with powerful routing and switching options as well as dedicated outputs. Please save the boxes your items arrived in - You will need them for any return or replacement, as we do not send advance replacements under any conditions.  We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on items returned New & Factory Sealed. If criteria is not met, these exclusions apply: 20% restocking fee - Applies to any item that has been opened and removed from the original packaging - If the factory tape is broken on the box, as well as the product, it will need to be sold as used. Examples: (1) If an Accordion is taken out of the box and scratched in use and/or the natural oils from your hands leave fingerprints on the fingerboard that cannot be removed, it is Used. (2) If a Drum is taken out of the box and there are stick marks from playing the drum head, it is Used. (3) If a guitar is played and/or scratched, it is Used. (4) If a Keyboard is taken out of its factory wrapping and played it needs to be sold as used and a 20% restock fee will apply. (5) 20% to 40% restock fee: This rarely happens and is 100% related to how the customer treats the product while it is in their possession. Increased restocking fees are where there is very noticeable wear on the product and the value of the product has dropped considerably. This is a product we need to re-sell as Used, so we will notify customer of the wear and discuss the current worth of the product. We'll be as fair as humanly possible, but please note we cannot take a loss due to negligence. All ship costs (original and return shipping) are the responsibility of the buyer. Band & Orchestra: Any B & O instrument must be sanitized before selling as used and there are several steps to complete this process properly - As a result, B & O products returned in good condition will have a 20% restocking fee. Any B & O products returned in fair condition with substantial wear will have a 30-40% restocking fee - The determined value of items will be at our discretion, based on what the market value allows for resale of the item.


International Buyers - All Sales are Final - Here are the details:


(1) Items sent International take us substantially more time to carefully inspect, test and pack your item as perfect as possible. We have been shipping International for 15 years and take extra special care to pack your item with loose styrafoam and/or bubble wrap as good as humanly possible - Check our feedback and purchase with complete confidence!

(2) International shipping costs much more than shipping within the USA. It would be very costly for return shipping back to us.

(3) The actual ship cost may not include your country's tax. We assume you will contact your *Local Customs Office* about ANY Customs/Duty tax your government (Not Us) may charge you. We will NOT lower the value of any package. All International packages are Fully Insured - If an item arrives damaged, be able to assist you in a damage claim.


Are there any exceptions to your Return Policy?


Yes there are. Any instrument or device that has touched the lips or ears of an owner cannot be returned due to health regulations. This includes but is not limited to: Headsets, Harmonicas, Microphones, Mouthpieces, Ear Plugs, etc. Any Cymbal or similar instrument cannot be returned because wear is easily evident. Printed music such as books and sheet music, videotapes, DVD's, Sample Libraries, Style Disks, Sound Expansion Boards, Sound Cards, and Software or Recording Media of any kind (which may also include hardware bundled with software) cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law. Disposable items such as Drum heads, Drumsticks, Instrument care Products, Cleaning supplies Tubes, Strings, Rosin, etc. because they are disposable items.


There are 3 different types of returns:


Exchange:  If you choose to return a product for any reason in exchange for a different product sold by Music For All, you will pay the shipping charges on the product we ship to you in exchange for the product you return and you are responsible for the return shipping on the product you send back.  We do not credit any original shipping charges toward the exchange, but we will try to ship the exchanged product for free if we can.


Buyer’s Remorse: In the case of an outright return for refund for an item you do not want – If we offer Free Shipping on a product, the *actual ship cost* will be deducted from your return. You also are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning to us. We process all returns that are refused upon delivery to you (also known as buyer’s remorse) by the customer, using this exact method as well.


Damaged/Defective/Mistakes:  If the return is needed as a result of damage, defect, or our mistake, we pay the shipping charges - Both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item. After all, we know that's why you shop with Music for All – If we make a mistake, we will admit to it – This is the way we want to be treated as a customer and in life as well. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of Music for All and its returns department. .  Due to the time and effort to process, it is the policy for Music for All to charge a restocking fee for any item that cannot be sold as new.  We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear (factory sealed when applicable) and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consist of any included parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual without user's notes or markings.
