Description
This Soap base is a vegetable glycerine base that is clear and produces a good lather and good clarity.
This soap base is cut into chunks and will come in 1kg aluminium pouch.
Aqua, Propylene glycol, Sodium stearate, Sodium laureth sulfate, Glycerin, Sucrose, Sodium cocoate, Sodium xylene sulfonate, Sodium lauryl sulfate, Stearic acid,Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium etidronate.

The Clear Soap Base is cut into small chunks for easier melting either in a microwave or double boiler.
Start by heating your soap base for 45 seconds in a jug in a microwave then take out and stir, continue melting for 15 seconds at a time, take out and stir, repeat this until your soap base has melted. If you do it for longer periods at a time you may burn the soap base so take it slowly.
Once melted you can add a water based colour and fragrance (no more than 3% of each) into the soap base and stir along with any other additives you would like included (oats, poppy seeds, petals).
Pour your soap base into your soap mould (if you dont have a soap mould, you can use silicone muffin trays).
We advise wearing gloves when using fragrances and colours.

test all of our products on a small area of skin or hair before use, and check 24 hours later for any allergic
response.

To ensure all our products are safe. All our handmade products have certification and all our products comply
with EU regulations. Product Weight All our Products have stated weights and we try to make every endeavour
to ensure the weight is correct.
However, because some of our products are handmade, the weight can vary by +/-10%.
Product Appearance
The illustrations of all our products are a true reflection of what the product looks like.
However, as our products are all handmade, and we have a large selection of different products there can be
some slight variances to the photograph.

Our Guarantee
It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to refund or replace any faulty goods or redress any
errors in connection with an order if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the order, where you will be
asked to forward a photo of the item as it arrived to include all packaging and your invoice.
Any goods may be returned within 21 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unopened and
unused, we will be happy to refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. If you need to cancel your order,
for any reason, please contact us within seven days of the date on which you placed your order.
You can contact us by e-mail or post. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you would like to return an item
then please arrange for a return through ebay returns and when returning your item please include you order
number, user id and address so we can process your return quickly.
Dispatching
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day but as some of our products are made to order there may be a
delay in dispatching our handmade products, dispatch may also vary during busy times of the year including
Mondays where we dispatch parcels from the weekend. Orders placed using the free economy delivery are sent
by royal mail 48 hour parcels, if your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days please check your local royal
mail sorting office if your parcel is not there please let us know through ebay messages.
Please choose the 24-hour courier option for parcels where you need delivery within 3 working days as this option
includes a tracked delivery. We cannot accept changes in delivery addresses once your order has been placed,
orders will be refunded and cancelled and you will be asked to re-order.
Damaged items
If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please forward photo’s through ebay messages of your item as it
arrived in its packaging along with your order number and user name so that we can process and resolve them
quickly.
