Brand new and in the packages with the needed screws, each set of heel taps has 2 taps, 2 jingle insert plates and screws to attach the tap to the heel of your shoe. The E.B. Smith Jingle tap has a double action impact because of the little floating plate in the center of the tap. This gives you more sound than normal plate taps provide. There are no fiberboard inserts to dull the sound. All I have are in this listing, the toe taps will be in a separate listing. The material is aluminum alloy and these taps are about as heavy as a Capezio tap (maybe a bit more). Measurements are given in inches, if you need a conversion, there are 3/8ths or 6/16th's of an inch to every centimeter.
