Warranty Info
We are an authorized dealer of every product we offer in our store. All warranties stated or implied must be handled through the manufacturer. This item is shipped for us directly by Horizon Hobby (drop shipped) from either their Illinois or California warehouse. Customers must contact Horizon Hobby or the product manufacture directly if they encounter any issues with their item such as missing parts, defects, or any other product related issues. It will be up to Horizon Hobby or the manufacture to determine the course of action. Customers can find Horizon Hobby or product manufacture's customer support contact information on their website or send us a message and we will forward it to you. Once an order has been placed we will forward it to Horizon Hobby. Once the order has been forwarded it cannot be cancelled (they will not allow cancellation once an order has been submitted). Most Orders Valued Around $100 Will Require A Signature For Delivery. If You Are Not Able To Be There To Sign For The Package You Can Make Arrangements With The Carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, Etc..) To Reschedule Your Delivery Or Hold The Package For You At Their Location For Pick Up. They Will Normally Attempt Delivery Two To Three Times And Then Hold The Package At Their Location For Three To Five Days To Be Able To Be Picked Up.

All of our electric powered vehicle chargers and optional chargers use 110v power source. If your house has 220v power you will need a converter to use our chargers. Local taxes and customs duties usually apply and are added once your shipment reaches its destination usually by your countries customs office. Please contact your customs office for more information. RC-Tradingpost does not know when additional charges such as additional brokerage fees will apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Refused or returned shipments in which RC-Tradingpost incurs additional shipping fees will be assessed on the return credit.
