These plates are custom designed by a graphic artist. View the font and image option thumbnails at the top of this listing. Tell us your font and image of choice, send us your own custom text for engraving, and we will take care of the rest!

Included with your plate will be:

- Up to two lines of your own custom engraved text  (40 characters per line max)

- YOUR CHOICE of mounting method. Adhesive backing (already attached for easy mounting) or holes punched with screws included. If you don't request a mounting method, we will place adhesive on the back for easy mounting.

- YOUR CHOICE of plate corner style. Choose from squared or rounded. If you don't request a corner style, we will keep your plate squared.

- YOUR CHOICE of font from our font library (see thumbnail photos at the top of this listing for options).

- YOUR CHOICE of image  from our image library (see thumbnail photos at the top of this listing for options).

This plate measures: 3-1/2" W x 1/2" H
