The War in the Air by Raleigh and Jones. Originally published by Oxford University Press for the British government in the 1920s as the British aviation official history set for World War I. Original set had six volumes of text, one volume of appendices and two map cases. Offered is the 1990s Battery Press reprint of the six text volumes and appendice volume...over 3300 pages. All of the appendices are in the set but a few maps in the text volumes were not reprinted...there are plenty to follow the action. Condition is new with most volumes still in the plastic wrap.
