PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size of this item, we do not recommend putting more than 5 names and birth dates.  We can work with you if you would like to add more than 5 names by maybe remove the birth dates, turning the image on it's side, or changing fonts. • Since this item is handcrafted at time of order, please allow 4 business days for us to make the item plus 1st class USPS shipping time. We get very busy around holidays and special events, graduations, end of year teachers gifts, etc. so please order according to the estimated delivery dates.
• This item is not intended for children under the age of 5 because of choking hazard. It is water resistant but not waterproof. Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth to clean the glass dome.
• Please keep in mind that monitors and settings display colors slightly different and there may be a slight variation in the colors. All photos are enlarged to show even the smallest of details. Please refer to the description for size.

• We ship Monday thru Friday (USPS with tracking).  Many items ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.
• Custom and personalized items can take up to 4 business days to create before they ship.

If you pay by e-check, your payment will not clear for 3-4 business days after you submit payment, it is not an instant transfer and we cannot make the item until we get a cleared payment message from paypal.
