Deep Blue, violet pink spikes. These delightful plants originally from Equador have a small open rosette of slender stiff dark green leaves and are one of the most striking Tillandsias. The succession of flowers can last well over two months, the bract longer. It very soon forms a nice cluster and produces abundant roots when grown well. It prefers good light but can tolerate a range of light levels. These highly adaptable plants can be grown in pots with a well drained soil mix or tied to a host as an epiphyte.
