For sale is a Swedish Chef & Lobster Banditos set from the The Muppet Show's Palisades action figure collection, which was released between 2002 and 2005. This set was released as an exclusive set from the San Diego Comic Con in July 2003 which makes it very rare! 

For these few years, Palisades Toys produced many high quality, extremely detailed, toy and statue lines from many childhood TV favorites, and they did a superb job of bringing Jim Henson's Muppets to life in over 130 different figures! 

This is brand new and still factory sealed in its box, aka MISB (Mint in Sealed Box).

As for the condition of the outer packaging, there is a 1/8th inch tear on the front top right corner of the box but it is barely noticeable. Otherwise, it is in mint condition so, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. It comes in its white mailer box as well.

SHIPPING: We package all items with styrofoam peanuts and/or bubblewrap to ensure that they safely arrive to you in the same condition that they leave us, and we do offer combined shipping discounts.

DOMESTIC U.S.:

Domestic Ship Times: We ship ALL items within 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri) after we receive payment. All packages will arrive within 1-5 business days after leaving us, barring any unforeseen delays at the Post Office, which we are obviously not responsible for.

Domestic Tracking: Included with ALL U.S. shipments, and can be found on your "Purchase History" page from within the "My eBay" link at the top right corner of the page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Unfortunately none of the transportation times shown below are guaranteed because so many factors can impede a package's overseas travel time.

International Tracking: The default shipping option for all packages is First Class International which DOES NOT include tracking. To receive tracking you MUST upgrade to Priority International.

Import Taxes: Please understand that we DO NOT pay for any duties or taxes charged by your government to receive our packages. These fees are your responsibility and are NOT included in the item's price.

International Shipping Options:

First Class International (default): Usually takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but can take up to 4-6 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: Tracking for this service is only provided within the US, and this service can only be used for packages weighing less than 3 pounds.

Priority International: Usually arrives in less than 2 weeks, and includes full tracking. Packages will default to this shipping option if they weigh more than 3 pounds.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

We only accept PayPal. But you can use any major credit or debit card with them if you'd rather not use cash transfer from your bank.

Payments should be made soon after "Buy it Now" is clicked, UNLESS you're waiting for a combined shipping invoice.

As per ebay policy, you then have 5 days to complete your checkout. If by the 5th day payment has not been received, or you have not contacted us asking for an extension, then an Unpaid Item Claim is automatically submitted to ebay so that we can recover our commission fees.

RETURNS:

If you need to return an item, please email us within 3 days from when the shipment is received, we cannot process any return after this time frame.

All returns must be in NEW and UNOPENED/UNWORN condition to be accepted. Any apparel returned must include any original tags and be free of pet hair and tobacco smoke.

Returns can be sent back for a refund minus shipping costs, or in exchange of another item similar in value. We are NOT responsible for return shipping in either direction.

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, or it's defective in some way, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please keep the original shipping package for fast, easy returns, or we will credit you the return postage fees if the error is ours.
