This is a beautiful collector plate by Edwin M Knowles featuring The Chickadee by artist, Kevin Daniel.  This is the Limited Edition Fine Bone China Plate #19168F and is the fourth issue in the Encyclopedia Britannica Birds of Your Garden Collection, the first collector's plate series ever sponsored by Encyclopedia Britannica.   This plate measures about 8-1/2" in diameter. It includes the  COA, information leaflet and box.  All in excellent condition, except the box shows wear from storage. It was made in 1986 and is an edition strictly limited to one hundred firing days.
