You are purchasing a  Plasticville HO #HO-4401-298 "Train Accessories" - near complete and ALL original. 

Now, there are a few issues with this kit:

(1) the suburban station and freight station are partially gluee; (2) the signal bridge is missing the two small light brackets that attach at the bottom of each light; (3) that same signal bridge has one broken tab on one of the long leg pieces, and the other leg is glued to the base.

The water tank and 12 telephone poles are complete and in tact. 

But, the box, it is in excellent condition. A nice collector's box. (However, I believe it is missing one or two of it's inner dividers. (there is one in place). Still, it is a very nice box. Minor scotch tape residue on the bottom side of the box - see photos.

Included in this kit are: Suburban station, freight station, signal bridge, water tank and 12 telephone poles.
