The length of the cape (longest point): is about 49 cm (measure from center back to hem including the fur trim but excluding the hood)
The shoulder + sleeve length:
is about 40 cm (measure from neckline to the end of sleeve including the fur trim but excluding the hood)
Generally the cape is hip length and the 'sleeves' come below the elbow. However the style is quite variable, a little bit long or short will still look great! However you can always cut off the stitch around the edge which form the 'sleeve' to be free size.
