Our redesigned Taconic Shave all metal Twin Blade Razor has now been enhanced with rubber rings and ridges on the handle for an improved grip. It is compatible with the Gillette Trac II system and all compatible cartridges.
This razor is solid metal and weighs 3.1 ounces with a brass frame and chrome plating. For this model, the blade slides into the handle, as opposed to clipping in and has a fixed versus pivoting head. It is heavier than the original and as a result, the shave is much smoother -- it has the weight to ensure the razor blade glides smoothly and comfortably. The resulting shave is sure to impress.
