These are 26 gauge sheet metal true wyes.  The size is 6" x 4" x 4" the two branches of the wyes are at a 45 degree angle.  These are sold for dust collectors, I use them in my shop with 10 hp cyclones.  The branches are each crimped for insertion into pipes or other fittings.
