This is a Vintage Pre-Owned Capitol at Washington, D.C. Blue Staffordshire Plate which was Produced in England.  With the Capitol pictured in the center, this plate features 4 other Washington Scenes such as:       The Home of Washington (Mount Vernon), The Executive Mansion (also known as the White House), the Congressional Library, and the State War & Navy Departments.  The plate is Approximately 9 inches Across and is 3/4 inch high.  The last few photos show a production imperfection (underneath) and a minor glaze fleck on the edge.
