We do ship overseas- Overseas orders are handled by Ebay Global shipping Programme In the unlikely event that there is a problem with delivery please contact us to resolve the problem. Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 working days after the postage date. Most orders are received within 2-3 working days if you have not received your item within this time please contact us to check tracking information.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days. We will make a refund provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return a note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence or the Item has been supplied wrongly. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Any items that are soiled or dirty will not be processed and will be sent back to sender. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.
