Corrie - In short - it can greatly ease aching/painful necks, and help prevent further injury, but don't expect it to cure. Bumblebee - Aside from looking like your head is coming out of a loo seat this neck support is amazing. Its so comfy and adapts nicely to your shape. R Turner - I ordered this to help support my neck when I have to sleep sitting up as I suffer from migraines, and find that laying down makes them worse. The cushion itself is soft whilst still being supportive, and the velour cover is also delightfully soft. A definite plus point is that the velour cover has a zip on the outside at the back to enable it to be removed and washed. I very nearly did not purchase this particular neck support cushion due to the fact that the listing did not confirm that it had a removable and washable cover, so I am very pleased that I took the risk and assumed that it would have.
