This is a fantastic example of early Majolica. Made by Wilhelm Schiller & Sons ca. late 19th century.   The shape number is 2447 and the item is a very elaborately designed double scroll handled Ewer that stands 18" tall.  It has one tiny defect.  The point of the finial on the cover has a flake.  See photo. Other than that, it's a real beauty. See photos for signature marks. Any unusual white or dark spots shown in the photos are from camera glare.
