You are purchasing a Plasticville O/S scale #1809-149 "Loading Platform." COMPLETE, with 3 carts. This the 1971 release box style.

The parts are in "like-new" condition for the small parts are still sealed in the original factory poly bag. Take notice - the paper roof inserts is missing the letters "Plasticville" - must be a factory error. With that mind, I am also enclosing the "Plasticville" roof inserts that I reproduce - see the last photo. 

This railroad structure kit is the early 1971 version.

This Plasticville Loading Platform railroad structure always looks nice in the Plasticville railroad freight yard or station area.

All of the plastic components are original for this era box style.

The box DOES show very minor shelf wear and does have a small dent on one end - see photo #10 for a close-up of this small dent. 

It still is a nice looking box for the box collector.
