• We are available to answer questions most weekdays. We are not available during weekends or holidays.

Payment

• Please review all of our policies, view all photos, read all written descriptions and ask any questions before buying. By completing a purchase with Style & Salvage you are agreeing that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed here.
• We are unable to offer layaway for eBay purchases as we do via other sales channels.
• Style & Salvage accepts payments via PayPal only.

Shipping

• Do you need insurance, signature confirmation, or express shipping? Please, contact us prior to purchase! We are happy to work with your needs, but we are unable to alter shipping options after a purchase has been made.
• We Combine Shipping! Purchases of more than one item may be combined if purchased at the same time. Cost is based on total weight. Ebay requires shipping charges to be paid up front. We refund any shipping overage, within 48hrs of shipment, on orders of more than one item. This does not apply to fragile items.
• Items must be shipped to the address on file with eBay. We cannot alter a shipping address, no exceptions.
• We ship via USPS. Cost is based on package weight. Large shipments may need to be shipped in more than one box.
• We maintain the right to add signature confirmation or insurance to any purchase.
• If an item is returned to us by the post office for any reason, other than our mistake, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping cost plus any additional shipping charges to resend the order. We will contact the buyer when we receive the item, if the return shipping payment is not received within 10 days of contact both the item and purchase price are forfeit.

International Customers

• All international packages will be shipped USPS. First Class takes 10-45 business days depending on customs processing times, tracking information is not available. If you feel your package is late, please check with your customs department, they may be holding the package. Any packages over 3.5lbs must be shipped USPS Priority or Express Mail.
• IMPORTANT- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges will not be reimbursed by Style & Salvage for any reason. Customs, duties, import taxes, VAT, etc. will be the responsibility of the buyer and international packages will include item description and price paid. US law requires accurate information on customs documents. We will not falsify costs or contents of the package. NO EXCEPTIONS, please do not ask. Users requesting that we commit customs fraud will be reported.
• We cannot be held accountable for items lost during shipment or detained in customs.

Returns

• We accept returns on most items. Non-returnable items will be noted. We do not accept international returns.
• Our policy regarding returns is strict and will not be altered on an individual basis for any reason.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
• Refund will be given for merchandise only, less 20%. Refunds will not be given for shipping or return shipping
• Returns must be shipped back in the same condition as they were received. Any/all accessories, and packaging must be included and hang tags must be attached.
• Orders cancelled prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will go through the returns process listed above.

Condition Chart

• We describe these items to the best of our ability. We check each item carefully and will try to list any notable flaws. These are vintage items and wear consistent with age is normal and should be expected. Items may be larger or smaller than my mannequin or model and may be clipped or pinned to show fit. Accessories are not included unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to: crinolines, belts, and jewelry.
  • Deadstock or NOS- Vintage garment possibly in original packaging, never used. These items may have fading, staining or other issues from years of storage.
  • Mint- Pristine as the day it was made, shows no signs of wear.
  • Near Mint- Item shows only the slightest signs of wear.
  • Excellent- Item shows typical signs of wear due to occasional use.
  • Very Good- Item is wearable, but has some surface flaws such as fading or staining.
  • Good- Item is wearable, but cannot be returned to excellent condition even with repairs.
  • Fair- Item is barely wearable, could be used for a costume or as a project piece.
  • Poor- Item is not wearable and could only be used for repurposing or a pattern.
