1903 Picture postcard of Port Arthur to Peking, franked by Russian 4k stamp tied to card by double circle datestamp of Russian Post Office in Chefoo (Tchilinghirian Type 1 Fig 503 page 360) also a moderate impression of the Chefoo rectangular boxed paquebot marking. The book reports only two covers and a postcard known with the Russian Post Office in Chefoo handstamp and no other example of the 4k stamp used there, see the scans.
