Shipping

-WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED DURING CHECKOUT.
-All items will be shipped via USPS. Signature confirmation is required for all purchases over $99. International items will ship through USPS Priority Mail International which require your telephone number for delivery confirmation.
-Orders will be shipped out Monday to Friday (except Holidays). Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after full payment is received and cleared.
-Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included. Please contact the shipping carrier and your local customs office regarding these fees.
- Buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item if the shipping address was entered incorrectly or unclaimed.

Returns

Any merchandise returned to Performance 2.0. must have a prior approval. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer. Returns must be in the original box, in original packaging in 100% NEW condition. If returns do not meet all of the above criteria, it will be rejected by seller at the expense of the buyer. All merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only the purchased price minus the initial shipping will be returned. No returns accepted after 14 days. Prop 65

Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was enacted as a ballot initiative in November 1986. The proposition protects the state's drinking water sources from being contaminated with chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and requires businesses to inform Californians about exposures to such chemicals.
Proposition 65 requires the state to maintain and update a list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. Those products will have clear and reasonable warning labeling on the products web page(s). The warning will feature a warning symbol followed by text similar to WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
