Top and bottom covers will show some scratching and other signs of use. The units have a crack next to the hinges. These are normal on these units and do not affect the functionality and actual experience of this Macbook. These units also have a minor line impression on the screen, these are noticable when the unit is off, but when ON, it is hardly noticable and should not detract you from your usage. PLEASE VIEW THE POSTED PICTURE. These cosmetic issues can be easily covered up with a Black Macbook Cover. All the batteries will take a charge and we will include a CHARGER with this purchase.
