You are purchasing a Plasticville O/S scale #CT-6 "Red Evergreen Tree."
A very "hard to find" color for this common Plasticville tree. The trees surface is in "excellent" shape with no scratches or blemishes. However, it looks like it has a very, VERY small hair-line crack where the trunk meets the base. (see the last two photos)
It still is a very nice collectible piece.
All parts are original from 1950!
