The security blanket features a blue BEAR head and arms in the center of the blanket. His facial features are embroidered, and he has a white muzzle for his nose and smile. He is in the center of a very pale blue blanket, with the four corners knotted.

The large blanket matches the bear's security blanket: it has a diamond shape design with diamonds inside of more diamonds. The color is so pale blue it almost looks light gray-blue. It is 30 x 36", made of fleece and very, very soft.
