This is a  new item but not quite what was offered in the catalog so referring to my photo is better, the model has on the little blue striped biketard and the tutu you see. The collar is a bit different so instead of the bow I am giving you a sailor Gob (to match the sailor collar) The  body of the biketard is a print spandex of royal blue and white stripes.The tutu has a white satinette top skirt and 3 nylon net layers under that, very full.  It would be great for an old timey bathing suit dance number. It retailed at $38 and is perfect. The model is showing it with other items that are not included (the bow and a different collar).    Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit.
