    Shipping

    We proudly provide our valued customers with maximum service by shipping orders daily, Monday- Friday. Orders received before 10 AM Eastern Time (U.S.) ship that business morning. Orders received after 10 AM ship the following business morning. Payments must clear before item is shipped and international shipments may be subject to foreign customs duties.  

    Warranty

    Item is fully warranted against defects for 90 days. Defective items may be returned within 90 days for replacement (availability permitting) or repair only. Items may be returned for refund of purchase price only if "significantly" not as described (as in incorrect item, wrong model, etc.) and not due to incompatibility, condition, or buyer remorse. Returns that are at no fault to seller are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To obtain return authorization you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and item must be returned exactly as received; with no damage and all accessories included. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable. Serial numbers have been recorded for our protection.
