Description:

You are buying one (1) fat quarter (FQ) of Emerald City Toss on Pink from the Wizard of Oz collection by Quilting Treasures.  This fabric is from the "The Wizard of Oz" collection, which is the fourth collection is a series of collections that portraying the classic film The Wizard of Oz.  This is an allover; it has the Emerald City dome tossed allover on a pink background.  The dome measures approximately 2-1/2 inches in diameter. There are also green diamond shaped emeralds tossed allover. These measure in two different sizes; the large ones are 1 inch and the smaller ones are 1/2 inch. Pictures 1 and 2 are scans of the fabric; a ruler is included to show the size. The quilt shown use fabrics from this collection; they are not included in this listing. The pictures really don't do the fabric justice. It is much more beautiful than a picture can show.  We are sure you can agree.


This fabric is priced by the single 1/4 yard increment, so you can choose the amount that is right for you from the quantity available.

  • Buy 4 = 1 full yard (36" L x 43"-44" W)
  • Buy 5 = 1-1/4 yard (45" L x 43"-44" W)
  • And so on...
What is a FQ?
It is 1/4 yard of fabric, but it is cut off the bolt differently than the standard 1/4 yard of fabric. It is cut off the bolt at the 1/2 yard length; then it is cut in half by the width the fabric. This means that the piece of fabric measures 18 x 21-22 inches. It is "fat" instead of "skinny" like the regular 1/4 yard, which measures 9 x 43-44 inches. To change your purchase to a regular skinny 1/4 yard: please add a comment to your payment or send us a message thru eBay's "My Messages" system. Whether your one increment is a FQ or a regular 1/4 yard it doesn't effect the price; they are both the same.
