Returns: you have 14 calendar days to return. Please make sure that you return the unworn/unused item in ALL of it's packaging that it arrived in (cellophane packet and tags if applicable for clothing and tissue, box etc for shoes) and well packaged to ensure it gets here in the same condition as you received it in! In any event, please contact us within 24 hours to notify us if you are returning an item. Buyer responsible for return postage. All of our goods are sold subject to English law.

UK Paypal, Uncrossed Postal Orders, Bank Transfer or Cheques are acceptable.

OVERSEAS Paypal or Bank Transfer are the only payment methods acceptable unless by prior arrangement.

Paypal or Uncrossed Postal Orders will be posted as soon as possible. Payments by cheque will be dispatched within 10 working days from the date it arrives. All overseas items are sent by airmail.

Items paid by paypal can only be shipped to the address that you have logged with Paypal!!

There is no tracking number available for the service quoted for overseas deliveries unless "international signed for" or "international tracked" is the selected postal option.   With UK deliveries "signed for" can only be tracked once delivered - only "special delivery" has full tracking.

Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs/duty payments.
