Items with this service available will be marked on the listing. For Home Delivery, we use DHL for the majority of our domestic parcel deliveries. DHL is a global company with one of the most recognised and admired brands in the world. Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date. An express delivery option is available for £3.99 on selected items. If your order is placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer). WARRANTYAll the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via eBay messages. If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including a description of the fault) and return such Goods to us.
