This Tin "Firing Command" Rocket Launching Pad is Missing Parts and does Not Work.  It is being sold "As Is".  Besides the missing parts it does have scratches and small rust spots.  The battery compartment does appear to be clean.  It takes 2 "D" batteries but I don't know if its my batteries or the toy but it does not work at all.  Please view the photos for condition details.

It measures 4 3/4" x 5" x 8 3/4" high.
