I will accept a return only in the exact condition of original purchase. Buyer will pay return shipping. Item must be returned within 14 Days. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me upon arrival of your item and I will work with you to fix any problem you may have. I will try to answer your questions in the evening hours EST. International Sales: All International shipments will include full shipping insurance. If you should need to file a claim on a lost package: buyer must send me an email 45-75 days after day of shipment and any emails after the 75 days will not be honored. To file a cliam the buyer must send me an email stating they have not received item and sign an affidavit that will be emailed to buyer to receive a full refund.
