This set of extension bellows has a 42mm screw mount for lens and camera.

Marketed by Pentacon for Praktica SLR Camera but can be used with any M42 camera or lens combination.

Can be adjusted between 35mm and 125mm.

Once attached it can be carried with ease but also mounted on a tripod.

It can be adjusted for horizontal or vertical use and secured with the thumb screw.
