Fresh from the estate of a retired militaria dealer who had a successful mail order business in the 1980s, after which everything went into storage.  I have slowly been buying his inventory that he never listed in the catalog.  This manual hasn't seen daylight in 30 years!   432 pages.  Excellent condition.
