These earrings are both clip on and screw back. You can screw the earrings onto your earlobes for adjustment. When you remove the earrings from your earlobes, you don’t need to use the screws. You can just open the clips to remove the earrings from your earlobes. When you wear them next time, you can just use the clips to wear the earrings onto your earlobes and then/or use the screws to do a little adjustment.
