Per internet research I was able to find some information about this unit ::::

It is designed to work in PARALLEL with your system and removes the conducted differential mode noise and audio frequency distortion from the power line

It is supposed to improves power factor allowing the utilization of all the available current from the power line

Because of the parallel circuitry; ALL of the components connected to the SAME LINE will receive the the Z-Stabilizer's performance enhancements

Also the the Z-Stabilizer's OVP circuitry protects valuable equipment against damage due to power line surges, spikes and overvoltage conditions

The condition is nice with some lite surface marks to White portions of the case

Powers up with working active lite - Appears to work correctly

Not sure of the "A / B" switch function on the front; but it is most likely a High / Low switch filter function
