this brand new High Quality Airplane Aluminum Vietnamese pancake wok measure around 15" in diameter on the usable area. this wok made out of one piece of Airplane Aluminum, it is design to make crispy Vietnamese pancake and also for stir fried or other cooking use. due to the factory do not provide packaging for this wok so the one you get will have some dings or dents and scratch around the edge especially on the handle area, this item is not for use with electric stove.
