I have used this GoPro Hero 5 Black maybe 5 times. I bought it expecting to do more video stuff but ended up not using it much. There are a few minor marks but they are barely noticeable. The back screen has a minor scratch but you can barely see that as well. If you look at the pics of the GoPro you will notice its hard to see any marks on it. The GoPro functions like new. The footage and images are absolutely stunning.
