Here is a very decorative vintage mid century art glass cigar ashtray. It has the look of a clam shell to me with gold inclusions that give a ribbed appearance. It measures about 8 1/8" x 6 1/4". The overall color of the glass is clear with almost a hint of pale sea green which could be from the gold. It has quite a bit of surface wear to the base, so it has definitely has age to it. A couple minor scratches to the outside but the inside looks pretty good.
