Paypal - the preferred payment method ensuring fastest dispatch.

Credit / Debit card - please call 01303 852692 - dispatch to cardholder registered address only.

Cheque / Bankers draft - goods dispatched once funds cleared (3-5 days)

Postage

Of course we want you to buy as many goods as possible from our shop. If you want to buy more than one of a particular product or multiple items, we will always try to combine postage and packaging costs.

Due to charges levied by our delivery agents, some Highland & Island locations incur a surcharge when being delivered by courier. In these instances we will attempt to use an alternative delivery service but this is not always possible.

If your postcode is listed below, please contact us prior to purchasing goods and we can confirm cost of shipping.

FFX ship most goods within 24hrs of cleared payment on a next day delivery service* (Next day is defined as the next working day i.e. Friday pm-Sunday orders will be shipped Monday)

In most cases, orders received before 1pm are shipped the same day.

All customers should expect to receive their orders within 2-3 days maximum. If goods have not been delivered after 3 days, please contact us and we will be able to advise you of our remedial action.

We are able to ship up to 25kg in a single parcel via tracked and insured courier service.
