This is a nice reproduction of an original WWII photograph showing a Paratrooper of the US 101st Airborne Division prepared to drop into Normandy on D-Day, June 6th, 1944. The photo is dated June 5th, so wthin 24 hrs of this photo, this soldier was landing in France by parachute. 

Size of photo is about 4 " x 6 ".
