-Item Not Received - When item not arrive your address within the Ebay estimated time which you could see in Shipping function, please open a case at Paypal as said in above Payment Method. When Paypal proves lost in delivery, full refund will be made after Paypal's decision automatically. 
-Item Not As Described - If you have any doubts about the Item Description, please contact me before place an order, which can minimize misunderstanding.

- Shipping by e-packet* of Hong Kong Post of airmail with tracking number to worldwide . Exact shipping fee for your country please check SHIPPING function. Full / partial tracking information provided depends on your country's postal system.

-Package is declared low value and gift. Package is packed neat, tight and safe for common secure delivery.

-EMS is optional for faster and more secure delivery with full tracking which taking around 3 days delivery. Please contact me for exact fee.


DELIVERY TIME
-Hong Kong Post Office e-packet delivery time taking around 5 to 10 working days to Worldwide normally. Public holiday, bad weather, strikes, peak seasons and Customs inspection may take longer time as 20 to 30 working days.
-EMS is around 3 to 4 working days to Worldwide normally. Please ask me for exact postage. 
-Asian countries will be faster.
-Canada, France, Italy, Brazil and Spain and some Europe countries & cities may take longer time because of Customs inspection and postal policies.  Unfortunately when it happens, it may take a month time. Please inbox me when the package not arrive more than 1 month. Thank you.  
-Destination Customs delay and duties, and destination post office delay and mistakes will not be responsible but I will help to resolve the problems as soon as possible.
-Buyer write wrong shipping address, and buyer not pick up parcel at destination Customs, at Post Office and at delivery address for any reasons when parcel return to me, it is buyer's responsibility to pay shipping & handling fee again for resending the package. Otherwise, refund will be made after deducting the first time shipping fee.

Damages on delivery

-Damages on delivery will be claimed from post office and compensation will be made to you after post office granted.

RETURN POLICY

Wrong item send / manufacturer defects / damages
-For any kinds of return, please keep all the packaging material as well.
-Please check clearly the item before open for playing when you received.  Played item, window box opened, plastic bag opened and blister card opened, are NOT accepted for return.
-For valid return, please email me first within 7 days with required photos. Required photos should show clearly the whole and complete things of the item, including the original box, plastic bags, blister card and all contents and the packaging.
 AND
 After confirmation between us, please send back the whole and complete item including the packaging in the original shipping condition I sent  to you to my address within 7 days.
 After the item arrive my address, refund will be sent to you within 7 days and the return postage will be refunded to you also.
