NCE Power Cab DCC System Older Model w/Original Box Missing Power Supply/Manual

This NCE Power Cab DCC System does not come with a power supply, or actual Manual.

It does however have the plug panel with it.

There is no way to test to see if it works, since it doesn't have the power supply to do so.

Overall the Power Cab controller does look to be in great condition. 

The plug panel is still in it's original wrapping.

Condition: Pre-Owned, Untested. 

This NCE Power Cab DCC System is in it's original box, and untested. This is untested because it comes with the plug panel, but is missing the power supply/manual. The Power Cab controller does have a few cosmetic flaws such as, slight scratches, smudges and the top of the corner looks a bit damaged. The original box is in good condition as well as the controller, and plug panel.
