This is my mother in laws personal bag. It is USED and DOES NOT have the strap. It goes back a few years and shows some signs of use. She originally bought it at the gardens mall in palm beach gardens, fl. She thinks at Bloomingdales. But can’t remember for sure. Questions ask. But pics tell the story pretty well. Thanks zach
